Our knowledgeable staff will provide a free consultation to create the destruction plan that works best for you. From placement of your document collection containers, to the where and when of your materials pick-up service, we will find the best way to meet your companies needs.
Security
Once your materials are collected from your business, they are transported in a locked truck to a facility equipped with a monitored security system. Our employees have had background checks to ensure their credibility and have signed an “Employee Confidentiality Agreement.”
Confidentiality
As our motto indicates, “confidentiality IS our business.” Our shredder processes your material through a ¾” screen so that the end product resembles confetti.
Convenience
With our locked collection receptacles, you won’t have to worry about mixing up your confidential materials with your recycling. These clearly labeled bins make it easy for staff to use, and their locking feature ensures that you retain control of who is viewing sensitive documents. In addition to scheduled pick-ups, we make every reasonable effort to accommodate your extra needs.
